Ingredients:
- Olive oil - 1 teaspoon
- Baby Bella Mushrooms or White Mushrooms - 2 cups - clean mushrooms well with a wet paper towel making sure all the dirt/soil is removed. Slice the mushrooms and stalks to about 1/4th inch thickness.
- Red Bell Pepper - 1 large - medium chopped cubes
- Purple Cabbage - 2 cups - roughly sliced
- Mung Bean Sprouts - 1 cup
- Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning or any other seasoning of your choice - 1 teaspoon
- Sea Salt & Pepper - to taste
- Heat olive oil in a wok.
- Add the chopped mushrooms, red bell pepper, purple cabbage and mung bean sprouts and saute on high heat for about 4-5 minutes. The vegetables should retain a crunch to them.
- Add roasted garlic and herb seasoning, sea salt & pepper to taste. Stir for 1 minute. Turn off the heat.
- Serve hot.
